1. Service

Italiano with Francesca offers online Italian language lessons via Google Meet, provided by Francesca De Paolis ("Teacher"). By booking a lesson, you accept these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are confirmed immediately upon successful payment via Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. The Teacher reserves the right to reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours notice in case of emergency.

4. Voucher Codes

Voucher codes are non-transferable and valid only for the plan specified at the time of issue. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Unused vouchers expire as stated at purchase.

5. Conduct

Lessons are conducted in a respectful environment. The Teacher reserves the right to end a lesson without refund if a student engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials provided by the Teacher are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific lesson or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts.
